This project was for a 10 week, 6 hour class called Residential Design Practice & Residential Thesis. The assignment for the whole class is to come up with a concept for a hotel, construct and design the two floors and one floor of guest rooms.

The Knot Hotel was envisioned the first day of class. I came up with the concept, designed a logo, chose that I wanted to create a boutique hotel, found inspirational images, worked on CAD plans, chose a focus area (which was the restaurant & bar) constructed material and rendered boards for the focus area, and finally executed the entirety of it all with a presentation including a spec book and CAD plans.
